Up to 8,500 athletes and officials from around 150 nations will compete in six cities for 12 days - in 18 different sports. Call Center Agent (m/f/d)
 
In the implementing company of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games
Full-time / 40 hours per week / temporary contract until late summer 2025.
 
The position is located in Essen. As Call Center Agent, you are mainly responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving and reporting issues efficiently, and providing accurate information about services. You play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the organization's reputation through professional and courteous interactions.

Specifically, your area of responsibility will focus on the following tasks :

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls from the venues
  • Registering issue communicated with client to the ticketing/ITSM tool, and Re-directing them to the relevant VTM or TOC team
  • Managing the incident management tool
  • Resetting Microsoft account password through Microsoft 365 portal
  • Collaborating with other agents or departments to escalate or solve different issues

Ideally you have the following skills and knowledge:

  • An academic degree in the area of technology or comparable qualification 
  • Clear Communication
  • Customer Service
  • Problem solving
  • Basic Tech Skills
