Full-time / 40 hours per week / temporary contract until late summer 2025.
Specifically, your area of responsibility will focus on the following tasks :
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from the venues
- Registering issue communicated with client to the ticketing/ITSM tool, and Re-directing them to the relevant VTM or TOC team
- Managing the incident management tool
- Resetting Microsoft account password through Microsoft 365 portal
- Collaborating with other agents or departments to escalate or solve different issues
Ideally you have the following skills and knowledge:
- An academic degree in the area of technology or comparable qualification
- Clear Communication
- Customer Service
- Problem solving
- Basic Tech Skills
