Full-time / 40 hours per week / temporary contract until late summer 2025 or in freelance work (fee-for-service contract) from 01.07. to 31.07.2025
Specifically, your area of responsibility will focus on the following tasks :
- Communicate with multiple functional areas (Accreditation, Transport, Food&Beverages, etc.) using the system
- Collect the last requirements for the system, and follow-up on their implementation
- Support the organising committee teams using the system to define Games Time processes (change management, communication, etc.)
- Coordinate with other technology stakeholders
- TOC (Technical Operations Center):
- Support with the set-up
- Occupy the GMS position in the TOC during Games Time (alternating shifts with the GMS Manager)
Ideally you have the following skills and knowledge:
- Previous experience in events technology and information systems, ideally with a Games Management System
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Critical thinking and decision-making
- Proactive and autonomous
- Knowledge of English. German is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
