Junior Manager Overlay & CAD (m/f/d)
 
In the implementing company of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games
Full-time / 40 hours per week / limited with a reason in kind until late summer 2025.
 
The position is part of the Venue Management Team.

Following tasks are your main focus:

  • Creation of comprehensive plans for the different venues (Sport & Non-Sport) for all project phases (operational plans, overlay plans, security plans, tender plans, plans for approval processes, etc) following FISU and OVL/CAD internal guidelines
  • Provide solutions in compliance with regulations, safety and accessibility
  • Visits to the selected venues to collect information, on-site measurements and drawing of base plans of the existing architecture
  • Close collaboration with different functional areas, especially with Venue Management and Technical Lead to fulfil venue requirements

You bring the following skills & knowledge with you:

  • University or college degree, ideally in the fields of architecture, engineering/construction or media/design
  • Confident handling of CAD software (AutoCAD) and other design programs (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • High level of sociability, service orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Well-structured & networked way of working, strong hands-on mentality
  • Creativity and initiative
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Very good IT skills (including Microsoft 365) and technical understanding
  • Enthusiasm for sports and events and ideally initial experience in the implementation of an event
 
We are a young & growing organisation in the heart of the Rhine Ruhr Innovation Hub. In the OC, you will play a leading role in the successful planning and implementation of the Games.
