Manager Partner Acquisition and Management (m/f/d)
 
In the implementing company of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games
Full-time / 40 hours per week / limited with a reason in kind until late summer 2025.
 
The position is located in the marketing department. As a Manager Partner Acquisition and Management, you will primarily be responsible for acquiring new partners for the FISU World University Games 2025.

We would entrust you in particular with the fulfilment of these tasks:

  • You will prepare potential customer approaches and screen potential clients
  • You will create individual, creative offers and independently schedule appointments with potential clients
  • You will conduct contract discussions and negotiations
  • You will build a trusting relationship with the partner and serve as a point of contact
  • You will develop, plan, and implement sponsorship services with the partner during the Games

You bring the following skills & knowledge with you:

  • Completed university degree, preferably in communication, marketing, or a comparable qualification such as training in the digital field
  • Initial professional experience in sales, ideally in the sports or media environment
  • Enthusiasm for active customer acquisition and handling recommendations and leads
  • Persuasiveness in customer communication via phone, digital platforms, and personal contact
  • Passion for sports, high level of commitment, and quick comprehension and implementation skills
  • Service orientation, reliability, and perseverance
 
We are a young & growing organisation in the heart of the Rhine Ruhr Innovation Hub. In the OC, you will play a leading role in the successful planning and implementation of the Games.
