Up to 8,500 athletes and officials from around 150 nations will compete in six cities for 12 days - in 18 different sports. Intern Digital Technology Service (m/f/d)
 
In the implementing company of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games
Full-time / 40 hours per week / compulsory or voluntary internship for 1-2 months
 
The position is located in Essen. As an Intern Digital Technology Service (m/f/d), you are mainly responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital tools and platforms used across the organization. This includes assisting setting up processes and tools, user support, data entry, testing of systems, and documenting technical processes. You will collaborate closely with the IT, digital and OC teams to help ensure smooth and efficient delivery of digital services.

Specifically, your area of responsibility will focus on the following tasks:

  • Support the implementation and configuration of platforms
  • Help test and deploy new digital tools
  • Assist in website updates using CMS
  • Develop and maintain different processes in Smartsheet to support the team
  • Assist the team and provide different idea for digital solutions
  • Work closely with different teams and make sure the integrations and processes run smoothly

Ideally you have the following skills and knowledge:

  • Technical & Digital Proficiency 
  • Stakeholder Communication 
  • Problem solving
  • Basic Tech Skills
