The positions are located within the Media Services department. As part of our media management team, you will help to provide the best possible working conditions for journalists, photographers, and other media representatives attending this global multisport event.
Specifically, your area of responsibility will focus on the following tasks:
- Oversee media operations at the venue, including media tribunes, media work rooms, mixed zones, and photo areas
- Act as the main liaison between the local organizing committee (LOC), media representatives, and FISU
- Ensure compliance with media guidelines and smooth operation of all media-specific procedures during the event
- Coordinate with venue management, safety teams, and other service providers.
- Plan and manage media services volunteers
- Troubleshoot and provide operational support during the event
- Produce a final report summarizing media operations, results, and any lessons learned
Ideally you have the following skills and knowledge:
- Experience in media operations for large sports events
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage volunteers
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Technical understanding of media infrastructure and venue operations
- Familiarity with media accreditation processes and press conference organization
