Up to 8,500 athletes and officials from around 150 nations will compete in six cities for 12 days - in 18 different sports. Standards are set here - where the densest university landscape in Europe meets the most sports clubs in Germany, in one exceptionally sport-loving region.

Technical Coordinator (m/f/d)
 
In freelance work (fee-for-service contract) for the implementing company of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games
temporary contract from 01.07. to 31.07.2025
 
The position is located in the Technology department. As Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for various trades, electricity, air conditioning, containers, water, tents and work equipment during the event.
 
We are recruiting for the following locations:
  • Cluster Berlin: a technical coordinator from 01.07.2025 to 31.07.2025
  • Cluster Essen & Mülheim: a technical coordinator from 01.07.2025 to 31.07.2025
  • Duisburg, Hagen & Bochum cluster: a technical coordinator from 01.07.2025 to 31.07.2025

Specifically, your area of responsibility will focus on the following tasks:

  • Construction supervision
  • Contruction control

Ideally you have the following skills and knowledge:

  • Basics of electrical engineering
  • Basics of general event technology
  • Forklift and work platform license
 
Professional liability insurance covering the period of employment is required.

An offer of services with daily rates and hourly rates must be submitted with the application. Any travel expenses incurred during the assignment will be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of the North Rhine-Westphalia State Travel Expenses Act.
