In 2025, the world will come to the Rhine and Ruhr region to celebrate sport, science and culture. Up to 8,500 athletes and officials from around 150 nations will compete in six cities for 12 days - in 18 different sports. Standards are set here - where the densest university landscape in Europe meets the most sports clubs in Germany, in one exceptionally sport-loving region.

Timing, Scoring & Results Cluster Manager Berlin (m/f/d)
 
In freelance work (fee-for-service contract) for the implementing company of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games
temporary contract from 08.07. to 25.07.2025
 
The position is located in the Technology division. As Timing, Scoring & Results (TSR) Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the TSR/OVR processes during the event. 
 
We are hiring for the following location and sports:
  • Berlin: Diving & Swimming, Volleyball

Specifically, your area of responsibility will focus on the following tasks:

  • Coordinate the installation process for the Timing, Scoring & Results Service
  • Liaison with LOC and vendors
  • Process management to meet all contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Manage the planned implementation of cross-cutting requirements such as: power, network, internet, communications, printers, graphic machines 

Ideally you have the following skills and knowledge:

  • Experience in multi-sport event management
  • Project management
  • Liaison with timing / scoring / results service companies
  • Knowledge in dealing with international sports federations

The work is compensated with a project fee based on the period of working days, the demands of the sport and the experience and skills you bring. The travel costs and accommodation costs are included in the project fee and will not be compensated.
