- Duisburg: Beach Volleyball & Rowing & Water Polo
- Mülheim: Badminton
- Berlin: Diving & Swimming, Volleyball
Specifically, your area of responsibility will focus on the following tasks:
- Act as Main HB Representative on Venue
- Oversee and manage of all HB/ RHB Operations at the Venue
- Represent HB Organizing Committee meetings;
- Liase with relevant Functional Areas (e.g. Sport, Event Presentation, Venue Management)
- Resolve operational issues and escalate to the IBC as necessary;
- Provide problem and conflict resolution in a diplomatic manner;
- Facilitate internal and external information flow;
- Assist Media Right Holders within the venue;
- Coordinate production crew and respective requirements within the venue;
- Coordinate access and supplementary devices;
- Managing daily Broadcast crew timesheets;
- Report daily to the Broadcast Centre (IBC)
- Other duties as assigned
Ideally you have the following skills and knowledge:
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Working in a dynamic and sports-enthusiastic environment and understanding live productions
- Working proficiency of English required, ideally German as well
- Reliability
- Experience and knowledge of RR2025 sports is a bonus

The work is compensated with a project fee based on the period of working days, the demands of the sport and the experience and skills you bring. The travel costs are included in the project fee and will not be compensated.
