Specifically, your area of responsibility will focus on the following tasks:
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Organisation eines praxisorientierten Cateringkonzepts für das öffentliche Publikum (= Zuschauer)
- Fokus auf den Abstimmungsprozess mit bestehenden Dienstleistern, um diese in das Konzept zu integrieren und neue Partner zu akquirieren inkl. Abstimmung hinsichtlich der erforderlichen Infrastruktur sowie dem Speisen- und Getränkeangebot
- Analyse von Markttrends
- Festlegung von Budget- und Preisstrategien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (FNB-Manager, Head of Venue Management, Technoiogy) und externen Dienstleistern, um ein passgenaues Angebot zu realisieren
- Unterstützung bzw. Überprüfung der HACCP-Konzepte der Catering Dienstleister
- Sicherstellung, dass erforderliche Maßnahmen in der Planung berücksichtigt und umgesetzt werden
- Durchführen von Risikoanalysen
- Definieren kritischer Kontrollpunkte und Schulung des Personals, um höchste Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicherzustellen
Ideally you have the following skills and knowledge:
- Completed university degree in event or catering management or comparable completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
- Proven professional experience in catering or event management, ideally in the sports or event industry with responsibility for several venues and service providers and above all in the above-mentioned key areas
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of purchasing and supplier management as well as budgeting and costing
- Experience in managing and training employees as well as adhering to quality standards and hygiene regulations
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, even with an increased workload
Professional indemnity insurance with cover of at least € 2 million is required for the duration of the assignment.
